On the afternoon of 17th, March, 2010, the Group signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Railway Materials Commercial Corp. (CRMC after) at Beijing.

Also, he hopes either side will exert its advantages, talk over joint venture or cooperation positively, keep on perfecting cooperation mode, and seek for co-development.

Afterwards, Mr. Liu Mingzhong and Mr. Song Yufang signed on the Agreement.
