On March 25, 2009, CGGC initially signed off a contract over 0.4billion USD with HIB for the execution of Tripoli old city renewal Project.
The Contract covers survey, evaluation, planning, design and construction of the infrastructures of two districts in southwest Tripoli, capital of Libya. The total Contract price of 406,200,000 USD is to be funded by the Employer of the Project. Total construction period is 48 months as of hand-over of the site.
