The housing construction project in Eljebel Elgharbi and Nalut of Lybia undertaken by CGGC is going on smoothly. At present, the project, which has 7,300 houses in total, has entered into the climax of flow construction, including foundation excavation and housing support pillars, and part of the works are having their roofs sealed. A total of 150 houses are due for roofing at the end of the year.

The project lies in five new urban districts 150km south to the capital of the country, and involves a total floor space of 1.569 million m2. The project encompasses 7,300 houses and relevant facilities and involves a construction period of 36 months. After completion, the project will greatly improve the look of the Libyan capital and the residential quality of the local community, and vigorously promote the local economic development and ecological protection.
Since the commencement in May, 2009, the Libyan project department of CGGC has elaborately organized the construction, launched the labor competition Work hard for 60 days to top out 150 houses , and forged ahead with the smooth progress.
