MCC announced recently that China Huaye Group Company Limited was officially incepted in Beijing on Dec.30. Attendees at the red-carpet inception ceremony included MCC Limited vice president Wang Xiufeng, Beijing Development Area (BDA) steering committee deputy director general Du Xin an, MCC Communication Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (CETC) chairman Yin Xuezhi, director general Li Pengcheng for MCC Group s Development and Reforms and many other guests from media including China Metallurgical News and MCC Weekly.
China Huaye Group s chairman Meng Qinglin delivered a key-note speech at the ceremony. He first of all thanked all the attendees from MCC Group and BDA and the brother companies of MCC for their continuous support and assistance extended to the company over the years.
Meng recalled the past 36 years of sustainable development with much excitement. He said China Huaye has undertaken many national key projects including a number of award-winning projects. The record of Huaye business embodies the wisdom, dedication and strengths of the employees one generation after another.
Chairman Meng also stated that the inception of the new group company is the result of rapid growth of Huaye s businesses over the past 5 years. This, he said, is also responsive to the need for greater brand and reputation of the company, which is indispensable to further sustainable and modernized business growth in the future. Meng emphasized that the company will speed up its pace in business reorganization and restructuring to deliver sustainability and competitiveness. Meng outlined that ultimate goal of the group company as specialized leading group enterprise that has its own business strength and spans scientific research, industrial capability and trading capacities.
MCC Limited s vice president Wang said in his speech that the inception marks an important strategic transition of the company in business profile and organizational structure. He wanted the new group to seize the opportunities to speed up its pace forward.
At the end of the ceremony, Meng joined Wang and Du in unveiling the nameplate of the new group company.
