On the 100-day countdown to the opening of the high-speed rail meeting in the west client district, vice mayor Zou Shiping required:
Firstly, we should unify thinking and firm will, and strengthen our general consciousness and coordination to firmly complete all tasks before the opening of the high-speed rail.
Secondly, we should strengthen leading and responsibilities, and make a clear mandate to implement the responsibilities from the headquarters to the contractor, from the leaders to the construction staff. We must complete the surplus building demolition before 10th March, and other construction tasks before the opening of the high-speed rail (20th June).
Thirdly, we should hold contests for striving to be the best. The construction units should formulate scientific and rigorous work programmes to guarantee the quality, progress, security, civilization and good governance, and widely launch labour contest for striving to create an atmosphere of learning from and helping each other. In addition, we should complete the masses work carefully to create a good environment for the construction.
