Jiangyin has promoted the construction of non-developed areas in a down-to-earth manner since 2010. Centering on making the development distinctive, discrepant and intensive, 6 towns in the southern part of Jiangyin have deepened the connotation of non-developed areas construction depending on the new developing method, that is, to develop agriculture with high benefits, tourism with high standards, industry with high levels and people's livelihood with high qualities with the least input.
