Nanjing Received Potential Order of 170mil USD at ECF

The 20th East China Fair concluded on March 5th, in Shanghai. It is reported that, on the 5-day session, 88 enterprises from Nanjing received potential order of 174.3 million USD, with 25.07% YOY increase. Nanjing Textiles Import & Export Corp. Ltd. ranked first in the group for its potential order value.

It is said that clothing, vessels, sundries for daily use, headwear and toys are the major goods receiving orders. Potential deal for the 5 categories of commodities values 106.03 million USD, account for 60.83% of total volume of transaction. Divided by export deal category, textile and clothing commodity strikes a bargain of 89.72 million USD, accounting for 51.48% with 20.07% YOY increase. Light industry craftwork commodity concludes a deal of 83.98 million USD, accounting for 48.18%, with 40.81% YOY increase. Other commodity export amounts to 600,000 USD.

More potential orders were placed by buyers from countries and regions including Japan, Republic of Korea, EU, USA, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan at this fair, respectively accounting for 24.87%, 17.65%, 22.81% and 14.36% of the total export volume.

A lot of foreign trade companies of Nanjing have started exporting self-owned brands, such as Landsea , Handas , Heniemo , MAGICASE , BREWELL and H&H , which have already won reputation in overseas markets. Among them, Landsea is the key export fostering brand of the Ministry of Commerce. At this ECF, owner of Landsea Nanjing Textiles Import & Export Corp.
