In 60 years of diplomatic ties, we have greatly developed our good-neighbor relationship, broadened our economic and trade cooperation and brought tangible benefits to both people. We have established a good relationship for cooperation between Dalian and Myanmar: the cooperation between CNR Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. and the Myanmar business community has lasted more than 20 years, and has achieved win-win results. In the process of opening and developing Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone, we are willing to establish a closer relationship for the cooperation with Myanmar. We expect that the visit of General Tin Aung Myint Oo will further broaden the exchanges between Dalian and Myanmar in trade, culture, tourism, etc., to achieve mutual benefits and a win-win situation.
