Accor Will Open another 2 Four-star Hotels in Nanjing

Local commercial real estate enterprise, Suning Estate expedites its hospitality layout again. Sunning Estate signed cooperation agreement with a global leading hotel manager The Accor Group of France, on opening two Suning Galaxy Novotel hotels respectively in Xinjiekou and Xuzhuang Software Park.

This is the first time for Accor to introduce Novotel brand into Nanjing. As a famous hotel brand second to Sofitel under Accor, Novotel is positioned as high-end 4-star business hotels. Nanjing s 2 new Novotel hotels are planned as below: Xinjiekou Novotel covers an area of about 25,000 m² with 340 suits of guest rooms and Xuzhuang Novotel covers about 35,000 m² with 360 suites of guest rooms, as the first high-class hotel in Xianlin District.

According to the agreement, Suning Estate will also open a 5-star Suning Galaxy Sofitel Hotel with Accor in Lianyungang.

January this year, Suning already signed agreements with Hyatt, world s top hotel group, to open 3 hotels at large commercial complexes in Nanjing, Wuxi and Lianyungang. Plus the existing Nanjing Sofitel Galaxy Hotel and Sofitel Zhongshan Golf Hotel, Suning Estate has owned 8 high-start-rated hotels. (Nanjing Daily)
