Government Offices Administration of Jiangsu Province

Major functions

(1) According to the guidelines and policies of CPC and the country, to study and draw up polices and measures on provincial government offices administration, and to organize the implementation.

(2) To administrate the fund of the provincial administrative organs, democratic parties and etc, which include the budget and final accounts, the guidance of account, the supervision of finance, and etc.

(3) To be responsible for checking and registering the ownership of state-owned assets in provincial administrative organs; to be responsible for controlling the purchasing power of social units.

(4) To be responsible for the stocking of provincial administrative organs; to be responsible for the administration of the arrangement, provision, rejecting, updating, and the data of the automobiles of provincial administrative organs.

(5) To be responsible for the investment and administration of offices of the provincial administrative organs.

(6) To be responsible for the administration of the real estate of provincial administrative organs.

(7) To be responsible for the reform of houses system in provincial administrative organs; to be responsible for the house subsides granted to the staff of provincial administrative organs.

(8) To direct and negotiate the security services, public health, afforestation, and civil defense; to be responsible for some parts of logistics of provincial administrative hospital.

(9) To be responsible for the training and examining the workers in provincial administrative organs.

(10) To undertake the work of service and reception for the important provincial conference and the officers for public duties.

(11) To be responsible for the services for the living environment of the provincial leaders, the retired provincial leaders, and other leaders.

(12) To direct the reform of logistics in all quarters and all levels of administrative organs, and to promote the logistics services socialization.

(13) To administrate the units affiliated to the administration under the authorization of the Provincial Government; to promote the reform, to do a good job of the service, and to encourage the logistics services socialization and open to the market.

(14) To undertake other matters assigned by the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People s Congress, the Provincial Government, and the Provincial Politics Consultation Conference.
