Zhongshan Daily News-According to statistics by Zhongshan Land Resources Bureau, the housing sales sprang up gradually in urban areas last month after a large drop in May. New apartments sold in June amounted to 630 sets, 110 sets more than that of May. And the transaction price was 5762 yuan/ on average, quite a drop compared with 6100 yuan/ in May. And the housing sales show a trend price down and sales up.
