Shantou Art Gallery Culture Square Completed and Opened

The inauguration ceremony of Shantou Art Gallery Culture Square, which is invested by Hong Kong Art Gallery Group, was held on September 12. The first exhibition after Hong Kong Art Gallery returned to the hometown, i.e., the Orient Back Painting and Calligraphy Works Exhibition, of "Hong Kong Art Gallery" was opened on the same day.

Shantou Art Gallery Culture Square is not only a landmark cultural institution, but also Shantou's first large originality industry park and cultural industry creation base, which is designed to "bring together the essence of ancient and modern garden, promote the traditional culture with a long history, exhibit a new style of art, meet the social spirits and funs and enhance the cultural exchange between China and the world". The establishment of the Square will make contributions to the development and prosperity of Shantou's culture and the establishment of strong cultural city, which will also better promote the Lingdong culture and build a cross-strait cultural exchange platform.
