Construction of Nan'ao LNG Terminal will be Started Next Year

New progress has been made for the Nan'ao LNG Terminal Project which are jointly developed and constructed by Shantou City and China Guodian Corporation. The preparatory work such as project feasibility report has been completed. Now, the pre-declaration phase of the Project is started. The Project will be started next year, and completed and put into operation before 2014.
On the morning of March 29, Australia ICON Energy Co., Ltd. and the construction organization Shantou Sailuo Energy Co., Ltd. held a formal gas supply contract signing ceremony. Through the performance of the contract, adequate gas supply support can be provided for the construction of Nan'ao LNG Terminal in Shantou, and the demands of national economy and social development on the energy diversification in East Guangdong can be met.
