Neusoft and FrontRange held an IT service promotion conference

Neusoft Park Industrial Development Co., Ltd (NSPD for short) and FrontRange Solutions USA Inc. (FrontRange for short) held an IT services promotion campaign entitled IT Service Reload in Dalian on 18 April 2005. This joint effort is to offer practical IT management solutions to Chinese customers that may convert their IT investment into their real assets and create more values for them.

Present on the occasion were IT managers from 70 businesses & organizations and experts from both Neusoft and FrontRange. IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), the most widely accepted approach to IT Service Management in the world, and new IT service outsourcing model were introduced by experts from Neusoft and FrontRange in the conference. Enormous interest was aroused by demonstrations of Neusoft remote service solutions and FrontRange IT service management software.

It was reported that Neusoft and FrontRange have initiated a partnership since August 2004 to provide Chinese customers with IT service management and CRM solutions. By launching this promotion campaign, Neusoft and FrontRange expected to achieve a higher recognition of ITIL Standard in Dalian and promote concepts and businesses of both sides in the arena of IT service.
