Neusoft Nanjing Software Development Base Breaks Ground

First-class Software Development Base Launched for Informationalization in East China

Nanjing China, Sept. 3, 2006 - A groundbreaking ceremony for Neusoft Nanjing Software Development Base is held today in Nanjing by Neusoft Co., Ltd., a leading software and solution provider in China, marking the start of implementation of Neusoft s East China Strategy that is to focus on Shanghai market by leveraging its R&D and technical capacities based in Nanjing.
The base project is a key move for Neusoft to increase its input in the economically developed, highly informationalized and talent-intensive regions. As one of four scientific research and education center cities in China, Nanjing benefits from its scientific and technical talents; as the political, economic and cultural capital of Jiangsu Province, Nanjing enjoys an advantageous location. Therefore, the project will become an effective tool of Neusoft to strengthen its software development, increase the satisfaction of the government and enterprise customers in Nanjing and even in East China, bring its relationship with partners closer, and promote its international software outsourcing operation.
It is reported that this Neusoft base in Nanjing will focus on the following six major businesses: ERP service for growing SMEs, including informationalization consultation, development implementation, training, and long-term support services to meet the demand of the enterprise clients in East China and in Nanjing Economic Zone for development and information service, to create an ecosystem of enterprise informationalization and improve the informationalization and internationalization of those enterprises in East China and Nanjing Economic Zone by developing the cooperative partners of SMEs information channels; financial product systems dedicated for tobacco, manufacturing and other industries by developing Neusoft MPC products; three call-center-based solutions respectively for intensive E-marketing, client relationship management and tobacco monopoly on the basis of meeting the demand of the tobacco industry in China and its development trends by Neusoft Tobacco Industry Development Center; Jiangsu provincial social security and other related government industries with the research, development, consultation, implementation and service for the needed products by the social-security-based Government Industry R&D Center; as well as software outsourcing and BPO service offered to multinational companies in Europe and America by Nanjing Software Outsourcing Center.
Neusoft expects to develop the Base through 3-5 years of construction into a large-scale software development base and a technical support center concentrating in ERP, tobacco informationalization, social security software, financial securities business, medical care & hygiene, finance, taxation, government informationalization such as public security, procuratorate and court, and international software outsourcing, with its software developing personnel reaching 4,000 to 5,000 persons.
