SHENYANG, China, Feb. 18 / -- Neusoft Corporation (600718.SH), the largest offshore software & services outsourcing provider in China, announced recently a merger and asset restructuring plan with Dalian Hi-Think Computer Technology Corp. (DHC) after a preliminary negotiation.
In compliance with relevant regulations and rules, Neusoft's share trading was suspended from Feb. 17th, 2009 due to the uncertainties of the proposed deal that requires rounds of policy consulting and feasibility discussions with the concerned authorities and parties. The Company's Board of Directors will hold meetings to review and decide on this deal before Mar. 19th, 2009, when the share trading will be resumed.
According to CCID's reports, DHC has been ranked No. 2 in the field of offshore software & services outsourcing in China in the past two successive years.
