Kaisa Group maintains double edge in 1H property sales

According to the China Real Estate Index System (CREIS) Overall Ranking Shenzhen Residential Sales Ranking 1H 2010 announced by real estate market research authority China Indices Research Institute on 1 July, which gave a detailed analysis of the sales performance of commodity housing in Shenzhen in 1H 2010, Kaisa Property (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. ranked first in property sales in terms of both GFA and the number of units transacted in 1H 2010 among the top 10 property developers in Shenzhen, making itself the biggest gainer in the market for the interim period.

The analysis indicates that all of the three major projects of Kaisa Property (Shenzhen) did well. Shangpin Garden became the best-selling residential development in Shenzhen in 1H 2010 in terms of both GFA (50677 square meters) and number of units transacted (605 units), while Mingcui Garden ranked 2^nd in terms of GFA sales. In addition, Jincui Garden was the best-selling residential development in Luowu District, Shenzhen in 1H 2010 according to the property sales ranking in Shenzhen analyzed by district.

Industry sources cited the proactive marketing strategy of Kaisa Group and the significant competitive advantages of its various projects in their respective localities as factors contributing to the Group s strong performance and justifying its significant edge over its peers amid adverse market conditions.
