Kaisa Group snatches residential land site in Taicang, Jiangsu

On 15 September 2010, Kaisa Group acquired land parcel No. TCKJC-2010-39-3 in Taicang, Jiangsu with a site area of approximately 88,000 square meters and a planned gross area of approximately 159,000 square meters for an aggregate cost of RMB476 million. The Group plans to build a high-end residential complex on this site located within the Limin Community ( ) in Science and Education New City ( ) of Taicang, which will become the third city in the Yangtze Delta Region, after Shanghai and Jiangyin, where Kaisa Group has established its presence.
