Kaisa Group wins bid for residential / commercial site in Jiangyin, Jiangsu

On 29 September, the Group won the bid for a land parcel in Gushan of Jiangyin, Jiangsu through the tender, auction and sale listing process. The land parcel has a total site area of approximately 21,000 square meters and planned gross area of approximately 38,000 square meters. The aggregate cost for the land parcel was RMB35.20 million, which was equivalent to a unit cost approximately RMB917 per square meter. Designated for residential / commercial use in Gushan Town of Jiangyin, the land parcel represents a significant replenishment for the Group s land reserves.

Together with the Taicang site acquired on 15 September, the Gushan residential / commercial site will provide further backing for Kasia Group s strategic presence in the Yangtze Delta Region.
