Adhering to Chairman Liu Hanyuan s speech spirit Speed, Efficiency and Development , the production department of Tongwei Ag held 2009 annual training for production directors from Dec. 6th -10th so as to strengthen management and improve production quality. Chairman Liu presented the training and delivered an important speech.
