Lanting Waterfront of Agile Garden Shunde achieved good results under unfavorable market condition
On 25 July, being the focus of the city, the phase of Lanting Waterfront ( ) of Agile Garden Shunde was grandly launched. It was welcomed by a large group of home buyers, and recorded a remarkable sales performance of over RMB200 million in only one day.
In view of a large number of interested customers who had completed the registration, the public flat selection event of Agile Garden Shunde was held at Hall 1 of Shunde Exhibition Centre on that day at 9:30am. The hall was so crowded that people jostled one another with the number of visitors amounting to 2000. The atmosphere was much more electric in the flat selection area. Customers rushed to purchase flats, and we could see over 10 customers scrambling for the same flat again and again. Among the first batch, more than half of the flats in Blocks 6B, 8, 10, 12, 13A and 13B were sold within 2 hours. In view of the active response, Blocks 9 and 11 were additionally launched in that afternoon, which caused another rush home purchase. The daily sales amount of over RMB200 million again set a new sales record of the property market in Shunde.
