When Liang Wengen, founder of Sany Group's corporate culture, first brought forward the philosophy of "Quality Changes the World"several years ago, he elaborated its meaning as Sany's determination to alter Chinese products' image of being inferior in quality and low in price in the global market with top quality. Over the past years, Sany Group has been living up to this business philosophy and making it Sany's mission.
At the morning assembly of July 29, Liang Wengen further set forth the implication of "Quality Changes the World". He said, "To change the world with quality is to alter the world image of Chinese products with their top quality, and Sany people are dedicated to this sole goal."
"Top quality" is only one word different from "high quality", but according to Liang Wengen, the"top quality" is the ultimate operating goal for an enterprise's long-term development. Thanks to nearly 20 years of development, Sany Group has achieved its preliminary success, but a long way is still ahead before it fulfills the mission of "changing the world with top quality".
To live up to this mission, Liang Wengen said, Sany must at first definitely understand what products are those of "World Top Quality", and what are their specific indexes of performance, reliability, safety and maintainability. Also, every subsidiary should strengthen the benchmark research so as to deeply comprehend and vividly depict its own quality goal and achieve it step by step and in a well-planned way.
