Dalian Haichang (Group) Co., LTD and Japan-based ORIX (China) Investment Limited signed an agreement of capital strategic cooperation in Dalian, China's Liaoning Province, January 5, 2010.
ORIX will make Dalian its headquarters in China, carrying out a series of development plans for strategic investment.
The company will invest more than 300 billion Japanese Yen in China in establishing its Chinese headquarters in Donggang District, Dalian. This will be done in a joint development areas of the tourism integrated project with Haichang Group, building Japanese software industrial park at the Hi-Tech Zone, setting up the investment funds for Japanese companies and opening up the financial equity and innovative businesses during the upcoming three years.
Japan based ORIX is a large diversified multinational corporation mainly in financial services. The ORIX (China) Investment Limited with its first registered investment capital of nearly 100 million dollars was established on December 18, 2010.
