Internationalization of Education Work at YUFE Receives Great Publicity

With the gradual promotion of the bridgehead strategy of Yunnan province, YUFE has received a lot of publicity because of her active role and remarkable achievement in the area of internationalization of education. Among the overwhelming coverage, an article titled Brand for Internationalization of Education by Yunnan University of Finance and Economics in a recent issue of Yunnan Daily has received attention from the provincial government. The information office of the provincial government has requested more specific materials for the provincial leader s reference.
The content of these reports includes the partnership mechanism of Shangri-la internationalization of education initiated by YUFE, the work for international students, the training program for Vietnamese civil servants, the achievements of YUFE s internationalization of education, and so on. The reports reflected the work and achievements of YUFE from different perspectives.
To implement the Going Global strategy of the provincial government, comprehensively promote the internationalization of education of YUFE and realize the strategic goals of internationalization of education, YUFE will host the Working Conference on the Internationalization of Education. It is believed that the conference will further improve the understanding of internationalization of education and promote the work of YUFE to a higher level.
