SMU Alumni Club Singapore Holds the 3rd Meeting

On March 13th, the 3rd SMU Alumni Club Singapore meeting was held in. Prof. Yu Shicheng, President of SMU attended the meeting. More than sixty SMU alumni, from organizations of port, shipping, maritime and logistics, gathered together and shared memories of the past days.

Prof. Yu delivered an inspiring speech to brief the alumni on their concerned topics--SMU disciplines development, new campus construction and students profile. Prof. Yu pointed out that the new campus has created great physical conditions which give SMU better foundations to switch from building exteriorly to developing soft conditions. Prof. Yu tells that alumni culture is an integral part of college culture. In recent years, SMU attaches greater importance to communication with alumni.
