On the morning of Jan 23, Vice-president QIU Xueqing visited Prof. QIN Xiubai and dilivered his New Year's greetings with the company of principals from Teaching Affairs Office, Personnel Office and School of Foreign Languages.
Firstly, QIU extended his New Year's greetings to QIN, and expressed his gratitude for QIN's hard work and teaching research for decades. He pointed out that QIN has made extraordinary achievements to English teaching, discipline construction as well as development of qualified personnel.
QIN expressed his gratitude to the school leaders. In the meantime, he also offered his own suggestions on English discipline construction and development for SCUT in the future.
