On July 18, Wuhan Forte launched the sales of East Lake Impression, the large residences with lake view in East Lake International community. Homebuyers lined up the night before and over 65% of the units were sold on the opening day. Average effective sales price reached RMB 11,000 per square meter, a record in Wuhan and a new benchmark in the city s high end real estate market.
The units released are all in Building No. 5, the closest to East Lake with panoramic lake view. Between 152 and 160 square meters in size, the units are designed with villa-alike floor plans that compare to none in the market.
Since its opening in 2008, Forte s East Lake International has been ranked one of the top-selling products among its peers in Wuhan. The strong sales performance of Building No. 5 underpins its leading position as a super-scale residential community and sets up a new benchmark in the region.
