Plan of Foreign Books Donation from University of Alberta, Canada

On the morning of 21th May, Lady Margaret, the sub-librarian of Alberta University Library visited HZU. Lady Margaret met with Song Meiqing, the Vice-President of Huizhou University and discussed about foreign books donation plan at the Library Meeting Room.

Lady Margaret introduced the general situation of Alberta University Libraryon the meeting. She said it was the second largest library in Canada. The intention of her visit is to make a research to the situation of foreign books collection in our library. Therefore she can make an arrangement to send the books we need in the near future. Vice-President Song expressed great thanks to Lady Margaret and University of Alberta. She said, This book donation will definitely make up for our deficiency in foreign books and satisfy the teachers and students needs for them. At last, both side signed an agreement named The Cooperation Agreement between Huizhou University and Alberta University Library.
