The national advanced study & training class for course reform core trainees in Jiangsu and Fujian wind up studies in our university

During mid June, Department of Teacher Training of Ministry of Education organized a new round of national advanced study & training class for high school core trainees of course reform in Jiangsu and Fujian ,etc where are about to begin course reform . There are three universities in all in Beijing area that is Peking University, Beijing Normal University and our college, which undertook the task of advanced study & training for about 5oo teachers. Our college undertook the task of advanced study & training for more than 210 core trainees from the subjects of Chinese, Music, and Geography, and became the one undertaking the most advanced study & training numbers and the heaviest task among the three universities.

From June 15 to June 24, 186 high school core trainees of course reform from the subjects of Chinese(actual arrival 63 teachers) , Music(actual arrival 58 teachers) and Geography(actual arrival 65 teachers)in Jiangsu and Fujian, assembled in our college and participated in the 10 -day advanced study and Research together. The research was divided into two parts: 5-day communication training, teachers of the three subjects study together; 5-day discipline training, teachers of the three subjects study respectively.

Advanced study & training of this time was organized and put into effect by Center for Course Research and Development, Department of Music and Adult Education Institute of our university. Advanced study & training of this time was in the charge of the subject host in teaching management, host for each advanced study & training includes: communication training, Wang Haiyan; Chinese, Wang Yunfeng; Music: Du Xiaoshi; Geography: Lin PeiYing.

Each subject host is mainly responsible for formulating teaching programs and organizes implementation, etc. Adult Education Institute is mainly responsible for the meeting affairs organization, teaching place arrangement, accommodation for experts and trainees, logistical support of the whole work of advanced study & training and is also responsible for organizing, coordinating, managing and supervising the whole work of advanced study & training.

Under great attention of the school leaders, full support and cooperation from related departments of the university, and the cooperation from Adult Education Institute, enter for Course Research and Development, and Department of Music, the advanced study & training of this time was completed satisfactorily.

All trainees accomplished the task in the morning of the 24th, and successfully obtained course-completion certificate awarded by Capital Normal University. The trainees all said that they benefited a lot from the advanced study & training, and would be sure to put all they had seen and learned here to the course transform practice.
