Professor Zhang Jinle joins 2010 Cross-Strait MPA Education Forum and National MPA Forum

Earlier, the 2010Cross-Strait MPA Education Forum and National MPA Forum were held in Taiwan. The forums are jointly sponsored by the national commission ofPublic Management and Administration (MPA) and the Greater China Institute of MPA. Present at the forums were 67 scholars from the national universities and professors from 40 universities of Taiwan district. Professor Zhang Jinle, the dean of school of Humanities, economics and law of NPU was invited.

The forums are divided into two parts: the 2010Cross-Strait MPA Education Forum and National MPA Forum, which were held in Taipei Yuannshan Hotel and National Sun Yat-sen Universityrespectively. Academic research and practical research are the two forms for the forums.

At the stage of Academic research, the scholars and professors respectively give their presentations on the hot spot issue of MPA. At the stage of practical research, participants visited Personnel Affairs Bureau of Taiwan, 1999 Taiwan service hotline, and administration departments of National Sun Yat-sen Universityand National Chi Nan University. Qiu Wenxiang, vice-mayor of Taipei, Hu Zhiqiang, mayor of Taizhong, Zhuang Qiwang, Speaker of Kaohsiung and others, extend their warm welcome to the visitors.
