Mr. Xie Fuzhan, Commissioner, National Bureau of Statistics met the delegation of Standard & Poor s headed by Mr. John Chambers, President, Sovereign Rating Group on July 3.
The aim of the delegation is to conduct annual re-evaluation on the sovereign credit ratings of China. Mr. Xie Fuzhan introduced the efforts and progress that NBS had made in statistical quality improvement, and answered the relevant questions raised by the Delegation. Messrs. Li Xiaochao, Director-General, Department of Comprehensive Statistics; Zhang Weihua, Deputy Director-General, Department of Industry and Transport Statistics; and Lei Pingjing, Deputy Director-General, Services Survey Center, attended the meeting. |
