Gongbei Broke a Big Drug Trafficking Case by Internal Concealment(with photo)

Officers of Gongbei Customs said they had seized a big drug trafficking case at Jiuzhou port recently. This is the first illicit drug smuggling case that Gongbei Customs District has broken this year. All together, 1081 grams of heroin were intercepted in the case.
Customs officers stopped a strange-looking Guinean man who took the ship from Hong Kong in the morning of January 1, but baggage examinations showed that there was no narcotics substance. When the man gave no clear answer in the questioning, officers became highly suspicious that the man may be an internal drug courier. A CT scan held later in the hospital showed there were capsule-like objects in the man s stomach. In the next two days, the man passed 171 capsules of heroin weighing 1081 grams.
