Clean Governance Risk Prevention Network Established in Zhoushan City of Zhejiang Province

The CPC Zhoushan Commission for Discipline Inspection of Zhejiang Province recently launched a special activity of prevention of risks involved in good-governance in the key posts by conducting post education on clean governance targeting the risk points, establishing corresponding prevention and supervision measures, further expanding the areas of preventing and tackling corruption at the fountainhead and strengthening standardization and restraint of power.

The special activity consists of five stages of mobilization and deployment, sorting out risks, education and training, risk prevention and supervision examination.

During the phase of sorting out risks, the CPC Zhoushan Commission for Discipline Inspection looks for the possible risk points of clean governance in the process of decision making, implementation and operation management. For the risk points discovered, the commission launches education programs with the theme of clarifying post responsibilities and strengthening awareness of clean governance in the forms of special training, guidance in key areas, view exchanges and holding seminars, clean governance demonstration and warning education.

Party members and cadres in key posts in various departments are organized to systematically study the Party disciplines, regulations and laws related to their post responsibilities to further strengthen their concept of Party s work style and discipline and awareness of building a clean government, improving their consciousness of resisting corruption and abiding by their responsibilities.

On the basis of education and training, efforts are made to find are the risk points and establish related regulations according to the requirements of clarifying post responsibilities, envisaging the powers, finding out the risks of clean governance, realizing the harm of these risks and formulating the preventive measures, so as to effectively restrain power operation and minimize the corruption opportunities.

Meanwhile, the CPC Zhoushan Commission for Discipline Inspection organizes personnel to supervise and inspect the implementation of the special activity of clean governance risk prevention in various units, and the results will be important content of the assessments of responsibility system of Party s work style and clean governance construction.

The units with prominent achievements will be cited and praised and those with insufficient work will be criticized and instructed to take rectification measures in limited period of time.
