The 30th Joint Performance of Guzi Yangge Was Successfully Held

During the Chinese Lantern Festival, the 30th Joint Performance of Shanghe Guzi Yangge was successfully held in ShangheCounty. 15 representative groups altogether from 12 towns and villages participated in this performance. Representing different schools of performing forms, these groups have their own unique styles and merits, fully displaying the essence of Guzi Yangge, a performance of traditional culture. The Shanghe Delegation of Guzi Yangge in particular, which, on behalf of Shandong Province, has taken part in the Baihua Yingchun Program the 2010 Spring Festival get-together in literary and art circle organized by China s Literary Federation, performed brilliantly for leaders from provincial, municipal and county levels. Spectacular, rhythmical and beautifully danced, Guzi Yangge has a great characteristic attraction, drawing many reporters and photo-taking hobbyists as well as nearly 10,000 spectators.
