Yesterday morning, 2010 Jiangyin real estate discussion meeting was held in Shenzhen. Zhu Minyang, party secretary of Jiangyin hoped that real estate enterprises could find link point on win-win situation between enterprise and government by innovative products, innovative consumption to win market and achieve good result. Zhu pointed out that Jiangyin has always kept the construction idea of urbanization and interaction between city and town on purpose of building garden city. Therefore, during the integrated process of cooperating with real estate enterprises, we not only focus on attracting settlement, but also paid attention to the success of projects; not only focus on return profits developed by government, but also attached importance to perfect of city s function and supports on sustainable development; not only focus on project plan, but also paid attention to operation management; not only focus on cooperation on single project, but also worked on long term strategic cooperation. On the discussion meeting, many real estate enterprises expressed great interest to Jiangyin real estate market. Zhongfang underground space investment company showed great willingness to develop Jiangyin business facilities, Zhong Bulin, project director of company said that Jiangyin s underground business facilities has been on early stage as new style of real estate project, the company was willing to cooperate with Jiangyin with 300 million RMB investment fund.
City leaders Zhu Minyang, Gao Pei also attended the opening ceremony of Shaba(1881) bar street in Shenzhen held on the afternoon of July 11th.
