Asian Games Torch debut in Zhongshan

The torch relay of the Asian Games will officially start on 12th Oct in Zhongshan. As the torch supplier, Zhongshan Vatti Gas Appliance Co. has already produced 30 samples for inspection, and 3000 torches will be ready by 10th, Sept.

Engraved with 44 flowers, the torch is featured by Guangzhou handicraft techniques. The processing is delicate and the inner burning part is more advanced than the torch of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

The tickets of the opening and closing ceremonies of Guangzhou Asian Games and Asian Paralympics are officially on sale to the public from 10 o clock yesterday. And the election of torch bearers of Zhongshan began today (http://www.zs.gov.cn/).
