Themed "Attractive blue crab, creative dishes of Chaoshan Style", the third "Niutianyang Blue Crab Festival" of Shantou opened on November 26. In the activity, the characteristic of "famous product, famous chef, famous dish, and famous restaurant" will be stressed to reflect the ecology, delicacies, and cultural and educational glamour of the ecological demonstration zone of modern agriculture of Niutianyang.
During the period of Economic and Technological Cooperation Fair for the Pearl River Delta Region, Mountain Areas, and Eastern and Western Regions of Guangdong, eight major cuisines for Niutianyang's blue crab will be introduced in Shantou's top ten restaurants, to let the guests at home and abroad and the majority of citizens taste the table delicacies of Niutianyang's blue crab, and enjoy the food culture of Shantou's characteristics.
