2006 English Summer Camp Opens

Following the success of the first two English Summer Camps in 2004 and 2005, Tsinghua launched its third Camp on July 3 for about 3,000 students who have just completed their freshman year.
The 2006 English Summer Camp features a flexible learning style,--the students can choose from four ways of learning.
The four learning styles include intensive training in listening and speaking, comprehensive knowledge training, internet self-study, and overseas studies.
A series of activities including lectures, singing competition, movies, dance, and Camp Store will be held to help the students learn more about foreign cultures.
More than fifty foreign teachers and nearly sixty foreign volunteers from countries including the U.S., Britain, Canada, and Australia took part in the camp.
The Summer Camp will run through July 20.
