As the golden seasons of market sales came, Tasly Mozambique quickened its marketing step. The firm, together with senior local distributors, worked out a marketing plan in September an off-the-job training seminar for distributors at Massingar and Maxixe, Inhambane.
Inhambane, a province of Mozambique located about 500km to the capital Maputo, has fantastic scenery and abounds with coconuts, which stand endlessly along roads and form a distinctive landscape. Massingar and Maxixe, major markets of the firm in this province, were early and well developed. On Sep. 10 Marketing Manager Meng Xiang and local employee Adriano drove to Massingar to organize the seminar, warmly greeted by the distributors in high spirits singing the Song of Tasly, a song solely created by them. After listening to detailed explanations at this seminar which was centered on the new promotion program and business plan, all attendants remarked that the new business plan would be more favorable to the growth of new members, namely helping junior distributors get promotion faster, and increase the income of senior distributors.
Understanding the promotion program for new membership, many distributors were eager to carry it out as soon as possible. In the final Q & A segment the company representatives interacted with the 50 attendants and gave detailed answers to the questions that they were concerned about to resolve their doubts so that they were inspired with confidence in doing the Tasly Business and with enthusiasm and power for future work.
We truly felt the passion and hope of the thriving old Mozambican market during the seminar and we believe that greater achievements must be created in Inhambane in the near future.
