In recent months, Evergrande becomes the first to break away from the sluggish market, with its sales in May and June rising, which has caught the attention of all sides. Different from other real estate enterprises which are hoarding their properties, Evergrande has never stopped supplying its new products. Since the end of June, Evergrande has successively launched five new projects throughout the country, all of which are successful with their high cost performance.
On June 27, the projects of Evergrande Atrium in Changsha, Evergrande Oasis in Tianjin, Evergrande Landscape City in Chengdu and Evergrande Metropolis in Taiyuan were opened at the same time. The sales volume reached 1.06 billion yuan on that day. Two weeks later, i.e. on July 11, Evergrande Oasis in Jinan was opened. By 16:00 on the opening day, 980 sets were sold, with the sales volume reaching 600 million yuan.
What deserves to be mentioned is that all of these five major projects are located in the second and third-tier cities. Oasis in Jinan is the first project of Evergrande in Shandong Province, while other four projects are not the first ones in the local regions. Evergrande Atrium in Changsha, in particular, is the fifth project of Evergrande in Changsha. This fully demonstrates Evergrande's development strategy of entering and focusing on the second and third-tier cities, as well as Evergrande s constant efforts in the rapid development and top-quality-oriented operation.
