On September 30, 2010, the "Shanghai Expo Multimedia Photo Exhibition" was opened in the National Palace of Culture in Algeria. The exhibition was jointly held by the Chinese Embassy in Algeria and the Algeria Ministry of Culture and jointly sponsored by Hisense and their Algerian partner, Condor Group. More than 300 people attended the opening ceremony, including Chinese Ambassador Liu Yuhe, Algeria's Minister of Culture Ms. Khalida, the Minister of Posts, Information and Communications Technologies Moussa, former Prime Minister Hamdani, General Manager of Hisense Africa Sales Department Zhu Dan, President of Condor Malek Benhamadi and Chinese-funded institutes and representatives of overseas Chinese in Algeria.

High-end Hisense LED displays were used to exhibit more than 1000 photos captured from the Shanghai Expo. The photo exhibit was held from September 30 to October 6, lasting 7 days.
At the opening ceremony, Ambassador Liu briefly introduced the Shanghai Expo and the Algeria Pavilion. Afterwards, he expressed his hope for Hisense to further cooperate with Condor Group in technology, business and other aspects to contribute more to the economic development between China and Algeria.

The Minister of Posts, Information and Communications Technologies Moussa Benhamadi told the Xinhua News Agency that the photo exhibition was very impressive. He said the exhibition helped Algerian visitors understand the Shanghai Expo, 3D technology and Hisense LED products. He believes the cooperation between Hisense and Condor will promote trade relations between China and Algeria.

The exhibition not only showed off Hisense s high-end technology but also demonstrated the strategic partnership between Hisense and Condor and the Chinese government's support for Hisense.
