In the afternoon of March 20, 2008, Yan an University held the ceremony for awarding the Fraternal Scholarship and Northern Star Scholarship in the No. 3 meeting room of the Yifu Building. In the ceremony, sponsors of the Fraternal Scholarship and the Northern Star Scholarship, Huang Juguo and Zi Jinye distributed 1000 yuan to each of the 30 students in need, and talked with the awarded students.
