On November 23, the co-signing ceremony between Southwest Petroleum University (SWPU) and Rockwell Automation Demonstration Center of Oil and Gas was held in SWPU. Chen Cichang, Vice-President of SWPU, Chen Ping, the President Assistant and head of Scientific Research Department, Bruce Quinn, Vice CEO of Rockwell Automation, directors from the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, the Office of Equipment and Laboratory Management School of Electronics and Information Engineering as well as Li Lei, the college project manager of Rockwell Automation, China attended the signing ceremony.
During the meeting, Mr.Chen Cichang expressed his warm welcome to Vice President Bruce Quinn and made briefly introduction to SWPU. He said that SWPU was very satisfied with the cooperation with Rockwell and looked forward to the further cooperation, and he hoped that the future cooperation would be more successful.
Mr. Bruce Quinn greatly appreciated SWPU for choosing Rockwell as a co-establishing laboratory partner and said that Rockwell is absolutely content with the cooperation, he hoped the two sides could increase more information feedback in the future cooperation and deepen mutual cooperation.
Mr. Du Jian, the director of Electronics and Information Engineering School, made an introduction to the running and operation situations of SWPU Rockwell Automation Demonstration Center of Oil and Gas.
