The National Foundation of Science (NFS) publicised the results of the 2009 NFS application evaluation the other day.
25 applications out of 145 from NUPT were granted (see Table) by NFS this year, amounting to a 25% increase in number and a 34% increase in funding as compared to last year, just to continue the rising tendency in successful NFS application doubled in 2007 and 2008 respectively.
