A Delegation from Otani University Visited CNU

In the afternoon of March 13, 2006, a group of 4 headed by Kimura Sensho, president of Otani University visited CNU. 4 leaders including Xu Xiangyuan, president of CNU and Liu Xiaotian, dean of the College of International Education received the delegation in the conference room of the International Education Building and had an informal discussion with the delegation about the communication and cooperation between the two universities. That afternoon, Kimura Sensho and another delegate also visited the library in the north campus.

CNU had set up a communication relationship with Otani University since 1994. In the decade, the two universities carried out many cooperation projects such as sending of visitor scholars and student communication. During the visit, the two parties both expressed their wish of extensively developing the communication and cooperation between the two universities.
