President Jiang Chengyu Attends Anniversary of NTNU

At the invitation of Torbjorn Digernes, president of Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), NPU President Jiang Chengyu attends the celebration ceremony of its centennial anniversary. During his visit, both sides held in-depth discussions and agreed to cooperate in the areas of undergraduate and Master's degree postgraduate exchange, scholarship postgraduate joint education and the European Union research and educational program. He also visited the university's nano-technology laboratory and School of Electronics Engineering.

On the sideline of his visit, he also investigated how to run the world's first-class universities by talking with Professor Jamil Salmi, a renowned economist in the World Bank, and Professor Frans Van Vught, a policy adviser to the president of the European Union Council and a former president of Twente University of Technology.
