Dec. 6th to 9th 2008, Professor Hao Liu from Singapore Institute of Molecular and Cell was invited to pay a visit to Institutes of Life and Health Engineering. He gave a lecture entitled "Communication with the Environment: A View from Fungal Development to Cancer Metastasis" to the faculty and graduate students of biological research. His study involves in how to screening rgs1 gene in the fungal of rice blast and the substrate of PRL-3 gene in the cancer metastasis. After Dr. Liu's excellent talk, he also answer many questions. Faculty shared ideas with him and promoted technique collaboration.
