Delegation from Arkansas State University Visits JNU

On the afternoon of March 17, 2010, delegation from Arkansas State University (ASU) visited Jinan University. The delegation was led by G. Daniel Howard Executive Vice Chancellor of ASU John Pate, the chief representative office Guangzhou and Fan Li from office Guangzhou. Vice-president Jia Yimin welcomed the guests and introduced JNU to the guests especially the status of international exchange and cooperation.

The purpose of this visit of the delegation was to investigate potential collaborations in student exchange, faculty exchange and other academic activities between the two universities in various areas. The two universities will sign the MOU in April, and the collaboration will begin from the student exchange program. Ms Yu Huifen, Director of Office of International Affairs Office was also present at the meeting.
