President YANG warmly welcomed Vice-Chancellor of the University of Nottingham, UK

On November 4, 2008, President YANG met with the delegation from University of Nottingham, headed by its Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sir David Greenaway.

Both sides introduced to each other their research, education and international cooperation over the recent years, and expressed their wishes to further promote exchange and cooperation between the two universities. Both sides agreed to promote the collaborative project called Science Bridge , based on which further efforts can be made to enhance the institutional service for regional economic development.
