Walters, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ennis Inc, a manufacturer of business forms, apparel and other business products headquartered in Midlothian, Texas, announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15 1/2 cents a share on its common stock and has set the record date for the Annual Shareholder Meeting.
The dividend is payable May 1, 2008 to shareholders of record on April 14, 2008. The Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on June 26, 2008, with a record date of April 28, 2008.
